HMI Software to Provide Support for Microsoft Windows®
Server 2003 Operating System

FOREST, Calif., July 22, 2003 -- Wonderware, a business unit
of Invensys Systems, Inc., today announced that its InTouch®
human-machine interface (HMI) software is the first industry-leading
HMI that provides support for the Microsoft Windows® Server
2003 Standard Edition operating system. Wonderware's InTouch
HMI software is designed for industrial automation, process
control and supervisory monitoring environments.
InTouch
8.0 software is part of the FactorySuite A²™ product
series, which provides factory automation solutions based
on Invensys’ ArchestrA™ software architecture.
The “A²” signifies the ArchestrA product
family.

InTouch
8.0 software is offered in both standard and terminal services
versions. Both versions provide support for the Microsoft
Windows Server 2003 operating system. Wonderware also plans
to upgrade its IndustrialSQL Server™ 8.0 historian and
Industrial Application Server to provide support for the Microsoft
Windows Server 2003 operating system.

operator-centric manufacturing information systems that share
information within and between plants. The InTouch HMI is
in use in more than 180,000 installations around the world,
