ArchestrA software architecture.
WSIG applications and solutions deliver
the maximum potential from several Wonderware products related
to manufacturing execution and information, including InTrack,
InBatch, IndustrialSQL Server and Industrial Application Server
products. These solutions are central to the ongoing evolution
of the Wonderware FactorySuite A² (“A-squared”)
product family. The “A-squared” indicates the
presence of ArchestrA technology.
“The goal of WSIG is to be an
effective manufacturing solution partner by successfully linking
customer enterprise and supply-chain systems with plant-floor
processes,” said Yves Dufort, WSIG’s general manager
and director of services. “We are offering end-user
customers, systems integrators and distributors best-of-breed
software components and services focused on providing the
highest possible level of production-centric visualization,
data collection, data storage and resource management. WSIG
will help to ensure that a customer’s manufacturing
and production objectives, system architecture and deployment
strategies are aligned to optimize their overall investment
and achieve their business goals.”

Strong Product Applications Expertise
As a Certified FactorySuite A²
integrator, WSIG has significant systems architecture and
product applications expertise with the following Wonderware
FactorySuite A² products and can offer specialized supplemental
assistance and/or one-stop service for technology, applications
and solutions support:
Industrial Application Server is the
first product built on Invensys’ ArchestrA architecture.
It provides an infrastructure for simplifying the development,
deployment, maintenance and administration of distributed
automation applications. The Industrial Application Server
can significantly reduce engineering time, reduce the cost
of application ownership and maintenance, and provide scalability,
flexibility and an extensible plant integration framework.
InTrack resource management and production tracking software
tracks production from raw materials to finished goods inventory
and acts as the gateway to ERP and legacy business enterprise
systems.
IndustrialSQL Server plant historian serves as a real-time
relational database and provides critical analysis and reporting
of business and production data, both historically and in
real time.
InBatch batch management software automates highly complex
batch applications that require flexibility and a comprehensive
history. It is designed to improve the production performance
of any batch process. Two InBatch versions are available.
Premier Edition is ideal for processes in which product recipes
have different procedures, requiring a high level of flexibility.
The FlexFormula Edition is designed for processes in which
the only variations between product recipes are in the formula
and execution sequences never change.
